The AAC Research unit offers training in Talking Mats. All courses are open to anyone who has an interest in Talking Mats and their use and courses will be tailored to your service training requirements.

London 2008
26 September 2008 at the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, London.

Talking Mats and Dementia Training: Training specifically for care home staff has been funded by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. This will take place later in the year at 4 venues around the UK. The courses in England, Ireland and Scotland are now FULL, however further Dementia training will be scheduled for the autumn. If you would like more information, please email: info@talkingmats.com

Dementia Workshops - Wales: Workshops subsidised by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation will take place on 20 October and 10 November at Wales Council for Voluntary Action in Cardiff. For further information, or to apply for places on this course, click here.

Talking Mats and Dementia Training: Full-day training course. No previous Talking Mats experience is required.
