Participants will be expected to submit a short film of themselves carrying out a mat for reflection and feedback.

• Video reflection sessions (4 participants per 1 hour session): choose from
• Wednesday 6th May or Thursday 7th May

Participants must attend all 3 sessions to pass the course.
